講演の申込み期限は６月下旬（予定）です。講演の申込は下記のフォームからお願いします。

- 講演申し込みにはメールに記載の参加登録番号が必要です。
Your registration number provided in the confirmation email is required for the presentation application. - 同一演者の発表件数の上限は２件です（ポスター・口頭発表・異なるセッションをすべて含めます）。
Each presenter may submit up to two presentations in total (including oral presentations, posters, and presentations in different sessions). - 複数の講演申し込みをする場合は、1件ずつ申し込みをお願いします。その際、参加登録番号は共通で結構です。
If you wish to submit multiple presentations, please submit each application separately. The same registration number can be used for all submissions.
講演要旨の提出 / Abstract Submission
講演要旨の提出期限は８月上旬（予定）です。下記フォームから提出をお願いいたします。

- 講演要旨の作成にはテンプレートを使用してください。
Please prepare your abstract using the designated template. - 提出時はPDF形式に変換してください。
Please convert the file to PDF format before submission. - ファイル名は「参加登録番号_発表者氏名」としてください。
Please name the file as “RegistrationNumber_PresenterName.”

本大会では、学会ごとではなく研究内容ごとにプログラムを編成します。
The program will be organized by research topics rather than by academic societies.
