農業環境工学関連学会2026年合同大会オーガナイズドセッション（OS）の募集についてCall for Proposals for Organized Sessions (OS) at JCEEA 2026

今年度の合同大会では、一般セッション（口頭発表・ポスター発表）に加えて、オーガナイザーが発表テーマや時間構成を自由に設定できるオーガナイズドセッション（Organized Session, OS）を設けます。OSの講演時間枠は、申込数およびオーガナイザーの希望を考慮して設定します。

オーガナイザーは、学会の部会、個人、学生有志など、どのような形態でも構いません。発表者決定後、各OSの運営はオーガナイザーに一任します。設定された時間枠内であれば、発表形式や進行方法は自由に企画していただけます。各学会におけるホットトピックの紹介や、学会の枠を超えた幅広い議論、特定テーマに焦点を当てた深い討論の場としてご活用ください。

OSの申し込み方法

Call for Proposals for Organized Sessions (OS)

In addition to the general sessions (oral and poster presentations), the Joint Conference will organize Organized Sessions (OS) in which organizers can freely design the session themes and presentation formats. The time allocation for each OS will be determined based on the number of proposals received and the organizers’ requests.

Organizers may take any form, including society divisions, individual researchers, or groups of students. After the presenters are confirmed, the management of each OS will be entrusted to the organizers. Within the assigned time slot, organizers are free to determine the presentation style and session format. These sessions are expected to provide opportunities for discussions on hot topics in the field, interdisciplinary exchanges beyond individual societies, and in-depth discussions focused on specific themes.

For reference, a list of Organized Sessions from the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Agricultural Machinery and Food Engineers is available at the following link:

Those who wish to organize an OS are requested to submit the following information from the link below.

4. Session summary (approximately 50 words in English)

Submitted proposals will be reviewed by the Program Committee. After confirmation, the session information will be posted on the conference website as soon as possible as a preliminary announcement. Further details will be communicated directly to the organizers after submission.
